Paris Hilton has decided it’s time to throw a baby shower bash for her pal Nicole Richie. The party will be held this Sunday in Los Angeles.

According to In Touch magazine, Mark Ronson’s sister Samantha is reportedly being lined up to DJ at the bash.

Paris even hired a wedding planner to organize the celebrations, which will reportedly have a menu consisting of Nicole’s fave munchies - sushi, coconut shrimp, lobster, fruit and cake. Yummy!

Paris Hilton made an appearance Wednesday evening at the Macy’s in Center City to unveil her newest fragrance as throngs of fans lined up to meet her. The first 200 customers to shell out $55.00 for the new perfume, named CAN CAN Paris Hilton, got a chance to meet the popular personality and get her autograph.

“Everything in my brand totally represents who I am,” Hilton told CBS 3 reporter Pat Ciarrocchi. “That’s why my fans buy it and they love it, they want to smell like me.” The perfume is said to be “inspired by the playful, sensual mood of the Moulin Rouge.” It is described as “a flirtatious and tantalizing scent that is a remarkably feminine, sophisticated and sensual.”

As an entrepreneur, the heiress has earned over $75 million from her perfume brands. Despite the June publicity of Hilton in and out of jail, fans said they were thrilled to meet her and some considered her a role model. “I’ve been through a lot and I’ve grown up a lot,” said Hilton. “I’ve never been happier in my life.”

The entrepreneurial socialite opened "Club Paris" in Florida in 2004 with businessman Fereidoun "Fred" Khalilian. However, the Orlando club closed quickly after its opening - only to be reopened as Dolce Nightclub - and Khalilian and Hilton parted ways.

However, Hilton's name is now being dragged through the mud in connection with Khalilian after he was arrested on rape charges.

The entrepreneur is accused of sexually abusing a woman in her 20s after she left his nightclub on November 9.

The woman contacted authorities on November 10 and claimed that Khalilian raped her in his home.

Hilton, however, is no longer in contact with the accused.

Can’t live with them, but can’t live without them either! Paris Hilton comes to the defence of the paparazzi saying they just do their job.

She may be the favourite target of the paparazzi but looks like Paris Hilton is pretty understanding about the photographers that hound her.

Basically they're doing their job. Everyone has the job to do, so I respect that. And when you are a celebrity this comes with the territory, so you can't really complain about it because it's just going to happen anyway. Even though it can get out of control sometimes, you just have to learn to deal with it." The heiress said when questioned about the menacing paparazzi.

Learning to deal with negative publicity is something Paris Hilton has certainly had to learn the hard way but that isn't slowing down Paris' career in any way.

The Hilton Heiress was in Seoul Korea to sign a FILA modeling contract and also has a romantic comedy coming out in February.

"I just finished shooting a movie called "Repro! The Genetic Opera," it's from the director of all the 'Saw' films and it’s a very scary horror film/musical. And I am doing another film after that and then another TV show," Hilton noted.

Well looks like Miss Hilton has her hands full but she also found some time to soak in the local Korean culture and even learn a local Korean Dance.

Paris Hilton said Friday she has renewed her contract to represent a South Korean sportswear giant and hopes to extend her own fashion business here.

"I am very excited to be here, a great market for me. I think the Korean market is great for me," the 27-year-old heiress to the Hilton hotel empire told reporters.

Hilton arrived in Seoul on Wednesday from Tokyo, where she had been a judge in a beauty contest.

She was invited by Fila Korea, the sportswear maker she has represented since March. The value of her one-year contract has been estimated at one million dollars.

Hilton has appeared in the taping of a local television entertainment programme wearing a traditional Korean gown.

Fila Korea said Hilton would host a charity party Friday night with Korean celebrities at a club in Seoul's fashionable Apgujeong district.

The company refused to give details. Newspapers said the guest list includes Korean actors and singers as well as American pop star Beyonce Knowles, who arrived Thursday for her first concert here.

Hilton was in June jailed for violating probation over an alcohol-related reckless driving conviction. She emerged from prison declaring that incarceration had changed her and that she planned to "grow up."

She declared herself not much bothered by excessive media attention.

"Basically I know they are doing their job. Everybody has their job to do. So I respect that," she said.

"I just live my life how I do and don't let it bother me, even though it can get out of control sometimes."

Paris Hilton has replaced former party-friend Lindsay Lohan as Las Vegas nightclub LAX's New Year's Eve good time girl for $1 million.

The year will end tough for Hilton as she spent time behind bars, but she'll ring in 2008 with her sister Nicky. Paris, 26, will earn the $1 million playing what she does best, play the party hostess.

Being paid to show her face is nothing new to Hilton, she reportedly earned more than $2 million just for sitting in

the front row at designer Kira Plastinina's fashion show in Russia on Monday.

Hilton is receiving the biggest one-night appearance earnings than other celebrities because companies believe nobody draws a rally like Paris does. Lohan was initially scheduled to host the LAX party, but she pulled out earlier this week citing post-rehab sobriety concerns.

One thing for sure, both Hilton and Lohan have been through some changes this year. While the worldwide media couldn't wait to see Hilton in jail, it somehow re-launched her career, and she's earning bigger than ever. Lohan is no longer a party-girl, she moved out of Los Angeles and currently lives in Utah. She has completely turned her life around and don't be surprised if Lohan's career begins to soar.
